· Design, develop and plan itineraries in line with the needs travellers.
· Handle end-to-end travel arrangements (airlines, hotels, transport, visas, etc).
· Interact with clients over the phone and email, offering sound advice and information related to products and destinations.
· Convert customer enquiries into bookings and generate revenue for the organization.
· Deliver outstanding levels of customer service to exceed customer expectations.
· Provide regular reporting to management.
· Organize and attend tourism events, conferences, workshops, seminars and exhibitions.
