Your role will involve interacting with clients to understand their travel preferences, designing and selling tailor-made international holiday packages, and ensuring high customer satisfaction through personalized service. **Key Responsibilities:** - Interact with clients through phone, email, and chat to comprehend their travel preferences and needs. - Design and sell customized international holiday packages encompassing flights, accommodations, sightseeing, and transfers. - Offer various package options and price quotes to provide a personalized experience. - Manage itinerary planning, budgeting, vendor coordination, and bookings. - Follow up with leads, ensure timely conversions, and uphold high customer satisfaction levels. - Stay abreast of travel trends, new destinations, visa requirements, and seasonal offers. - Cultivate long-term client relationships and garner referrals through exceptional service. - Update and maintain customer records and package details in the CRM system. **Desired Candidate Profile:** - 1 to 5 years of experience in selling holiday packages. - Profound knowledge of international destinations such as Dubai, Thailand, Maldives, and Europe. - Capability to create tailored itineraries based on client budget and preferences. - Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in using MS Office, emails, and travel CRM tools. - Strong negotiation skills with suppliers and vendors.
