Job Title: Travel Sales Consultant – International Markets (UK / Canada / Australia / New Zealand)

Location: Gurgaon, India (On-site only)

Role Overview:

The Travel Sales Consultant will be responsible for managing international flight bookings, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring seamless ticketing processes for clients from the UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls for B2B and B2C international travel bookings.

Manage flight reservations, ticket issuance, reissuance, refunds, and date changes.

Operate and manage GDS platforms (Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre, Apollo, Worldspan).

Deliver accurate and prompt fare quotations, itineraries, and travel solutions.

Ensure adherence to international market standards and policies.

Coordinate with airlines, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth service delivery.

Adapt to shifts aligned with UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand time zones.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 1–3 years in the travel industry, preferably with UK/Canada/Australia/New Zealand markets.

Preferred Background: Candidates from reputed travel agencies such as:

United Kingdom: Southall Travel, Brightsun Travel, Benz Travel, Tickets to India

Canada: Mann International Travel, Dhindsa Travel, Bains Travel, Spring Travels

Australia: Gaura Travel, Webjet, My Tickets to India

New Zealand: Gill Travels, Eco Travels

Strong knowledge of city codes, airport codes, and global destinations.

Proficiency in GDS systems.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts as per international market timings.
