Travel Consultant

Job Title: Travel Sales Consultant Location: Noida Company: Soul Voyage – Tour & Travel (A Unit of Galaxy Ventures Pvt. Ltd.) Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 1-3 years preferred Job Summary: We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Travel Sales Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and selling tailor-made travel packages, managing client relationships, and converting leads into successful bookings. You will play a key role in delivering memorable travel experiences for our clients. Key Responsibilities: Understand client needs and recommend suitable domestic or international tour packages Create customized itineraries and quotations as per customer requirements Convert inbound inquiries and online leads into confirmed bookings Communicate with hotels, airlines, DMCs, and other vendors to finalize travel arrangements Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and follow up on post-travel feedback Stay updated on travel trends, visa rules, and destination insights Upsell and cross-sell travel services like insurance, visa, and transfers Maintain records of bookings, payments, and communication using CRM tools Key Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in travel sales or a related field (preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service abilities Knowledge of domestic and international destinations Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools Ability to multitask and meet monthly sales targets Fluency in English and Hindi; additional languages are a plus Perks & Benefits: Attractive incentive-based salary structure Opportunities for domestic and international FAM trips Career growth in a fast-paced travel environment Supportive team and modern work culture To Apply: Send your CV to soulvoyageindia@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91-8448348987
