Travel Consultant

• Consult with clients to understand their international travel needs and preferences
• Plan and book international flights, accommodations, tours, and transportation
• Take client bookings and confirm travel packages, services, and schedules
• Provide expert advice on destinations, travel routes, and cultural practices
• Assist clients with visa requirements, passport regulations, and travel insurance
• Create customized itineraries that align with clients’ interests and budgets
• Stay informed about international travel restrictions, health advisories, and entry requirements
• Handle changes, cancellations, and travel emergencies efficiently
• Promote and upsell travel packages, excursions, and other travel-related services
• Maintain accurate client records, bookings, and financial transactions
• Build and maintain relationships with travel vendors, airlines, and tour operators
• Use booking and reservation systems to manage travel arrangements
• Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

• Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
