Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Travel Consultant. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for providing travel consulting services, managing travel arrangements, and making reservations. The role involves daily interaction with clients to understand their travel needs and custom craft their travel plans. Duties also include maintaining positive customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and handling any travel-related issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

• Skills in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements
• Experience in Customer Service and handling Reservations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Proficiency with travel booking systems and software
• Knowledge of various travel destinations and cultures
• Previous experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is desirable
