Job description
• Selling International and Domestic Holidays
• Assist UK clients with travel to India and worldwide destinations such as Dubai, Maldives, Thailand
• Candidate must have travelled to few international / domestic destinations
• Working for international company established since 1986
• Should demonstrate good knowledge of creating itineraries and be able to service the customer throughout their trip to end transactions.
• Handle escalations professionally.
• Be flexible in working shift till 23:30 IST
• Be proactive to learn about new travel destinations and industry developments.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in selling international or domestic holidays (experience in the UK market will be an advantage).
• Strong sales skills and target-driven to earn incentives
• knowledge of any GDS
• Excellent English Skills
