Travel Consultant (B2C)

Job Overview..

In the role of a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for researching domestic and international destinations and curating personalized travel experiences for B2C (Business-to-Consumer) clients. Your key responsibilities include planning itineraries, booking travel arrangements such as flights, hotels, tours, and transfers, and collecting payments from customers. Success in this position will be demonstrated by delivering seamless and satisfactory travel plans that meet customer expectations and enhance their overall travel experience.

Job Responsibilities..

Assist clients in planning domestic and international trips based on their preferences

Provide information on destinations, flights, accommodation, and tour packages

Respond to client inquiries and offer expert travel advice

Assist with travel documentation, including visas, passports, and insurance

Maintain client relationships and ensure excellent customer service

Keep track of client itineraries and offer updates on any changes

Ensure confidentiality and adherence to company policies

Skills and Qualifications:-

Minimum 2 to 4 yr of experience in travel consultancy or a related field

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Proficient in travel management software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Strong knowledge of global destinations and travel trends

Ability to handle confidential information
