Travel Company Accountant Experienced (Mumbai)

We are hiring: Accountant (Travel Industry Experience Required)

Location: Ghatkopar, Mumbai

Type: Full-time | Work From Office

We are looking for an experienced Accountant from the Travel & Tourism industry who understands booking workflows, vendor payments, GST/TDS and reconciliation for flights, hotels, visas and packages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily accounting in Tally & Vyapaar

• Manage invoices, vendor bills, credit/debit notes

• Handle payments for flights, hotels, visas, DMCs

• Process refunds, fare differences, rescheduling charges

• Reconcile PNR-wise flight bookings

• Maintain hotel/DMC invoices and supplier credit cycles

• Prepare package costing & profit sheets

• Track receivables and payables

• Monthly GST/TDS/TCS working

• Bank reconciliation for multiple accounts

• Maintain MIS & coordinate with Sales/Operations

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in a Travel Company (mandatory)

• Strong knowledge of travel booking & vendor systems

• Skilled in Tally, Vyapaar & Excel

• Good understanding of GST, TDS, TCS, RCM for travel

• Strong reconciliation & documentation ability

Good to Have:

• Experience with consolidators / DMCs

• Knowledge of travel markups, commissions & costing
