Travel and Accommodation Coordinator

As a Travel & Accommodation Coordinator, your role will involve managing domestic and international travel arrangements for employees and approved customers. You will be responsible for planning and arranging travel, including flights, hotels, and local transportation, while ensuring the best available rates. Communication with travelers to understand their preferences, coordinating visa and passport applications, arranging travel insurance, and acting as the primary point of contact for all travel and accommodation needs will be part of your key responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and arrange domestic and international travel, securing the best rates for flights, hotels, and local transportation. - Communicate with travelers to determine destinations, modes of transportation, travel dates, budget considerations, and accommodation needs. - Oversee visa and passport application processes with various embassies. - Arrange travel insurance and foreign exchange services as required. - Act as the single point of contact for all travel and accommodation arrangements for employees and approved customers. Qualifications & Requirements: - Bachelors degree (UG) with IATA certification preferred. - Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar travel coordination role. - Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi (both spoken and written). - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities. - Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.,
