Travel Agent

Key Responsibilities

• Itinerary Planning: Designing detailed travel schedules, including activities and tours.
• Logistics & Booking: Arranging and booking flights, hotels, transportation, and activities for clients.
• Customer Communication: Liaising with clients, addressing their needs, and providing information and support before and during their trips.
• Safety & Emergencies: Ensuring the safety of travelers and managing any unforeseen issues or emergencies that arise.
• Market Research: Staying updated on popular destinations and travel trends to create attractive and profitable tour packages.

• Travel Consultant/Executive: A broad role often involving client interaction, sales, and providing travel advice.
• Tour Operations Executive: Focuses on the logistical aspects of planning and executing tour packages.
