Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Agent located in Chandigarh, India. The Travel Agent will be responsible for making reservations, providing customer service, arranging travel itineraries, and handling car rentals. The role also involves sales tasks to promote and sell travel packages and services. The agent will be responsible for ensuring a seamless travel experience for clients by addressing their needs and resolving issues.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using reservation systems and travel booking software
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus
