Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Agency located in Noida. The Reservation Executive will be responsible for managing reservations, providing excellent customer service, arranging travel plans, managing car rentals, and sales of travel packages. Daily tasks include booking accommodations, coordinating transportation, and providing clients with travel-related advice and information.

Qualifications

• Experience in Reservations and Travel Arrangements
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Knowledge of Car Rental processes
• Sales skills related to travel packages
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with travel booking software and systems
• Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field
