Understanding the client requirement for travel and booking through online portal or offline partners and handling complaint if any during the tour.
Responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all aspects of travel arrangements for clients, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This includes tasks like booking flights, accommodations, creating itineraries, handling client inquiries, and resolving any travel-related issues.
Handling client inquires, providing travel information, and addressing any concerns or issues, that may arise before, during, or after the trip.
Providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive travel experience.
Should be very familiar in drafting emails and other conversations.
Should know operating computer very well.
KRA:-
Must have good knowledge of travel industry.
1-2 yrs of experience is required in travel domain.
Must be fluent in english, hindi, gujarati and marathi.
