Job Overview: Business Development Executive (Training 3 months + Permanent) role for Online Sales and help clients to provide the details for the tour through outbound and Inbound inquiries which help people plan, choose and arrange their holidays for interest-based group departures. They also offer advice and opinions on where to go and local tourist attractions, events and customs.   Responsibilities and Duties: 1. Familiarize yourself with all the products and service offered by our company. 2. Dealing with customer queries. 3. Promoting the business. 4. Building new networks and maintaining client relationship. 5. Understand and closely analyses the customer’s requirements. 6. Suggest upgrades or added products & services that may be of interest to clients. 7. Procuring new clients through calling and collaboration with the department. 8. Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained. 9. Follow the leads provided by the company, pitch services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship. 10. Online Sales and help clients to provide the details for the tour through outbound and inbound inquiries which help people plan, choose and arrange their holidays for interest- based group departures.   Qualifications: Diploma in Travel & Tourism, Bachelors in Travel & Tourism, Masters in Travel & Tourism (Preferred), Any Graduate. Experience: Experience of at least 2 years, Freshers can also apply. Specific skills: Good interpersonal and aptitude skills. Age:upto 28 Years Language: Hindi, English & Local language. Personal characteristics.: Good Communication Skills, Confidence, Good convincing skills, Punctuality, Positive attitude. Working days & Hours: 6 Days working 1 rotational off. 7. Laptop is compulsory for this job role. 8 Hours working excluding break   Benefits & Perks. Three Months Training period with Fixed Salary (Without incentive) After completion of training, chance to work with extremely enthusiast travel entrepreneurs and technology enthusiast, with fixed salary + good incentives + performance bonus 3.46 LPA – 4.56 LPA CTC (Basic +TA+DA: 216000, Holiday Package Allowance:30000, Sales Incentive: 70000-120000, Annual Performance Allowance: 40000-90000)
