Transport/Logistics Associate

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Transport/Logistics Associate to manage and streamline student transport operations and related logistics. The role requires someone with excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and the agility to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the education industry, startups, or logistics firms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily student transportation services, ensuring safety, punctuality, and smooth operations.
• Handle student and parent queries related to transport, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with transport vendors and drivers to ensure efficient routes, schedules, and service quality.
• Track and maintain records of transport usage, vendor performance, and student feedback.
• Support broader logistics requirements for campus operations, events, and academic activities.
• Prepare regular reports and suggest improvements to optimize costs and efficiency.
• Act as the first point of contact for transport-related escalations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; specialization in logistics/operations is a plus.
• 1–3 years of experience in transport/logistics management, preferably in education institutions, startups, or logistics firms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to handle queries with empathy and professionalism.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
