JD and Experience : 2 to 3 years in logistics domain
Computer proficiency – MS work, Excel, power point
Responsible for maintaining DSR and follow up
Responsible for creating export invoice, Packing list , delivery challan, ewaybill
Creating AWB from DHL website
Follow up for export clearance and update after delivery
Import knowledge – follow up with CHA, freight forwarder, consignee for import pre-alert documents
Follow up with DHL for import clearance in courier mode
Follow up with Nominated CHA for Import clearance in cargo mode
Responsible for maintaining vendor Bills DSR and submission to finance on timely basis
Track vendor Bills payments confirmation
Submission of correct Accruals to finance to maintain logistics budget
Monitor all import shipment and ensure timely BOE filing to avoid customs fine
Follow up for timely Import duty payment via Finance challan
Resolve any issues with customs for uncleared shipments with the support of technical team and CHA
Basic Knowledge of Reverse Logistics
Basic Knowledge of FTP, Customs Act, GST
