Job Title:

Key Responsibilities

• Translate written and verbal communication from executive leadership (often with technical/industry terminology) to different levels of the organization through meetings, emails, and correspondence.
• Translate and support the creation of documentation from *English Hindi/Marathi*.
• Highlight cultural differences and provide advice on their impact on communication.
• Work comfortably in a manufacturing environment, ensuring clear and audible communication.
• Provide recommendations on process improvements and operational direction where relevant.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in *English, Hindi, and Marathi* (written and oral).
• Strong communication skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to understand and convey cultural nuances effectively.
• Proficiency in *Microsoft Office Suite*.
• Adaptability to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong professionalism, ethics, and conflict-resolution capabilities.
• Flexibility to work occasional weekends and evenings as required.

Preferred Skills & Competencies

• Experience living in both English-speaking countries and India.
• Basic business acumen with an understanding of corporate/professional settings.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing and/or corporate environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform standard office-related tasks (sitting, standing, walking).
• Ability to move around a manufacturing shop floor environment.
• Education & Experience*
• 1 - 3 years of professional experience as a translator in corporate or manufacturing settings. Bachelors degree or professional certification in *Translation Studies, Linguistics, or related fields
