As a Project Coordinator, Pharmacovigilance (PV) Solutions at TransPerfect, you will play a crucial role in overseeing administrative tasks for literature monitoring projects. Your focus will be on supporting the Production team to meet client deadlines and ensure high-quality deliverables. Your responsibilities will include: - Overseeing administrative elements of non-linguistic PV projects, such as file transfers, internal process checks, and client deliveries - Monitoring project progress, maintaining strict adherence to deadlines, and producing high-quality deliverables - Implementing Good Pharmacovigilance Practices (GVP) best practices with a strong emphasis on Good Documentation Practice - Completing any other tasks assigned by the manager/supervisor Your role will require the following skills: - Superior written and spoken communication skills in English - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Aptitude to learn and excel in various technology mediums - Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills - Excellent attention to detail for delivering high-quality work - Strong organizational skills To qualify for this position, you should have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
