Translation Project Coordinator

As a Project Coordinator, Pharmacovigilance (PV) Solutions at TransPerfect, your role will involve overseeing administrative elements of non-linguistic PV projects, ensuring timely completion of tasks to meet client deadlines. You will be responsible for monitoring project progress, maintaining strict adherence to deadlines, and producing high-quality deliverables. Emphasis will be placed on driving Good Pharmacovigilance Practices (GVP) with a focus on Good Documentation Practice. Additionally, you will be expected to complete all tasks assigned by your manager/supervisor to support the wider Production team. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee administrative elements of non-linguistic PV projects, including file transfers, internal process checks, and client deliveries - Monitor project progress, communicate effectively, and ensure adherence to deadlines - Implement Good Pharmacovigilance Practices (GVP) with emphasis on Good Documentation Practice - Complete all assigned tasks to support the Production team Qualifications Required: - Superior written and spoken communication skills in English - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Aptitude to learn and excel in various technology mediums - Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills - Excellent attention to detail for high-quality client deliverables - Strong organizational skills In addition, you should hold a minimum Bachelor's degree.
