Job Description

As a Transition Manager at this company, your role will involve planning, coordinating, and executing service transitions to ensure a seamless handover between business units and external partners. You will be responsible for creating and executing detailed transition plans that outline tasks, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements. Collaboration with project teams and cross-functional departments will be essential to ensure full alignment with transition objectives and deliverables. Your primary focus will be on leading the transition of services between BP/GES and GES/BPO, with the goal of minimizing disruption to business operations. Additionally, you may also be required to support other projects as needed. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end transition strategy & solution, along with the process owners by consolidating relevant inputs from cross functional teams, in line with the solution - Participate in/lead Pre-Transition Workshops to gain further insight and fine-tune the transformation solution - Create comprehensive transition plans outlining key milestones, timelines, and deliverables - Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to keep them informed about progress - Identify potential risks associated with transitions and develop mitigation strategies - Oversee hand-over upon completion of the implementation project - Appropriately record project activities, accurately track, and concisely report project statuses - Manage escalations and effectively utilize higher management in resolving challenging problems - Deliver project within budget, scope, and timeline Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's/Master's degree - 8-10 years of experience in managing complex Transition Projects, ideally Process Transformation Projects, including workshop facilitation - Strong Project management skills, preferably experience in project management tools (e.g. LSS, PMP, Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum) - Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred - International experience required - Knowledge of business cases and capacity planning In addition to the responsibilities and qualifications mentioned above, you will have the opportunity to contribute to shaping the future system and its impact for years to come.
