Job Description: Sales / Business Development Manager IDT & Solar TransformersLocation: Maharashtra, Gujarat, Vadodara ,Surat,Goa (West India)Experience: 812 years (in Transformer / Power / Renewable Energy industry)Department: Sales & MarketingNo.of positions : 2About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales / Business Development Manager to drive sales of Inverter Duty Transformers (IDTs) and Solar Transformers. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in transformer sales, strong customer relationship skills, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets in the power and renewable energy sector.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, develop, and manage new business opportunities for IDT and Solar Transformers across India and export markets.Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.Build and maintain strong relationships with EPC contractors, solar developers, utilities, and OEMs ,Private customers Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.Prepare and deliver technical & commercial proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients.Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Production, and Service) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry networking events.Maintain updated sales reports, pipeline forecasts, and CRM data.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / MBA (preferred).8+ years of proven sales experience in transformers, electrical equipment, or renewable energy solutions.Knowledge of Inverter Duty Transformers (IDTs), Distribution Transformers, and Solar Power Applications.Strong network with EPCs, solar developers, and state utilities.Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.Willingness to travel extensively for business development.What We Offer : Competitive salary & performance-based incentives.Opportunity to work with one of the fastest-growing companies in the renewable energy and power sector.A collaborative and growth-driven work environment.
