Key Responsibilities: - Deeply comprehend the client's business context, strategy, challenges, and goals to provide client-centric strategy and advisory. - Act as a trusted advisor, prioritizing the client's interests and advocating forward-looking solutions aligned with emerging technologies and industry trends. - Collaborate with Pursuit Leads to devise and implement end-to-end pursuit strategies, develop persuasive deal narratives, shift focus towards problem-solving approaches, and design impactful presentations and workshops with clients. - Break down intricate problems, formulate bold solutions to drive transformation, lead integrated solutioning efforts by engaging with subject matter experts, and ensure cohesive value propositions across multiple Global Business Lines (GBLs). Qualifications: - Possess 15+ years of experience in strategy consulting, transformation leadership, or deal strategy roles. - Demonstrated track record in leading large, complex client pursuits or transformation programs. - Strong grasp of enterprise business models, digital transformation, and emerging technologies like AI and data. - Excellent storytelling, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. - Proven ability to lead without formal authority and foster alignment among diverse teams. - Preferred experience in sectors such as technology, consulting, or enterprise solutions.
