Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage the team and oversee the the preparation of transfer pricing documentation and reports.
  • Conduct functional, industry, and economic analyses
  • Manage Drafting intercompany agreements and support transfer pricing planning strategies
  • Work on benchmarking studies using databases such as TP Catalyst, S&P, Prowess, Capitaline, etc.
  • Stay updated with the latest changes in transfer pricing laws and guidelines
  • Collaborate with senior team members on project execution and client communication


Who We're Looking For:

  • Qualification:

     Graduate
  • Experience:

     5–7 years in transfer pricing, international taxation, or related field


  • Skills:

  • Strong analytical and research abilities
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Good understanding of financial statements and business models
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
  • Familiarity with TP databases and tools
