Job Description

As a Transactions Specialist, you play a crucial role in ensuring that operations align with production standards through diligent monitoring. Your responsibilities include observing and overseeing production activities and equipment to confirm adherence to specifications, making or ordering necessary adjustments. You are also responsible for communicating inspection outcomes to the team, offering coaching, recommending corrective actions as needed, and addressing queries requiring Subject Matter Expert (SME) assistance promptly and efficiently. Additionally, you oversee case inventory, manage aging according to established guidelines, collaborate with UL on revisions to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and share process updates, quality feedback, and unique scenarios during team meetings. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure operations align with production standards through diligent monitoring. - Observe and oversee production activities and equipment to confirm adherence to specifications. - Communicate inspection outcomes, offer coaching, and recommend corrective actions. - Address queries requiring SME assistance promptly. - Oversee case inventory and manage aging according to established guidelines. - Collaborate with UL on revisions to SOPs. - Share process updates, quality feedback, and unique scenarios during team meetings. - Identify the need for refresher training and provide appropriate learning opportunities. - Conduct training for new hires and support their progression along the learning curve. - Actively participate in operations calls with site partners. - Complete assigned trainings within the designated timeframe. Qualifications Required: - Exhaustive knowledge in ATM Claims and Exception Services (ACES) process. - Graduate in any stream with a minimum of 3 years of banking experience. - Expertise in process/business knowledge. - Adaptability to change. - Excellent client focus and customer care working practices. - Ability to work well in a team. - Knowledge of business processes and procedures. - Strong time management skills required to work on Business-As-Usual (BAU) and other initiatives. - Flexible attitude towards working hours due to the demands of the workplace.,
