Transaction Lawyer

Role Overview: As a member of the JARS consulting firm, you will be responsible for various legal advisory services for businesses and high-net-worth individuals. Your role will involve drafting and reviewing contracts, conducting legal due diligence, advising on corporate law, compliance, and regulatory matters, as well as supporting partners in transaction structuring and negotiations.
