Job Description

As an intern at Teachmint, your role involves conducting offline training sessions for partner schools across India to help them adopt Teachmint X smart classroom devices and drive digital transformation in classrooms. Your responsibilities include: - Developing and implementing Train-the-Customers (TTC) programs to ensure trainers are well-prepared to educate customers. - Supporting in establishing training methodologies, best practices, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for trainers. - Continuously updating training content and materials based on product updates, customer feedback, and business needs. - Conducting regular assessments to ensure trainers" proficiency and effectiveness. - Identifying skill gaps and organizing refresher training sessions as needed. - Ensuring all trainers are aligned with the company's training standards and customer engagement strategies. - Monitoring and assessing trainers" performance in customer training sessions through audits, feedback, and observation. - Staying updated with the latest industry training trends and technologies to enhance training delivery. - Working closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations teams to ensure training content aligns with customer needs. - Acting as a key liaison between trainers and internal departments to ensure seamless communication and updates. - Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) related to training effectiveness, trainer competency, and customer satisfaction. - Preparing reports on training impact and trainer development progress for senior management. Qualifications required for this role: - Fluent in English & Hindi. - Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree with excellent communication and presentation skills for training delivery. - Quick learner with proficiency in training technologies, e-learning platforms, and Learning Management Systems (LMS). - Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills. - Analytical mindset with the ability to assess training effectiveness through metrics. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple training projects simultaneously. - Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach. - Training Design & Delivery.
