Training Senior Analyst

As a Training Senior Associate at NTT DATA, your role involves delivering monthly Language, Voice, and Accent training, supporting business operations through call monitoring, and collaborating closely with the team and business requestors. You will be responsible for reporting and tracking training effectiveness, conducting interviews for new hires, and providing coaching, feedback, and communication-based projects to improve trainees" performance. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver monthly Language, Voice, and Accent classroom/virtual training - Support business through daily call monitoring and floor activity - Report and track training effectiveness - Conduct interviews for new hires - Provide regular coaching, feedback, and communication-based projects to improve trainees" performance Qualifications Required: - Communication Skills: Voice and Accent Training Delivery, Excellent communication skills, Excellent Facilitation/training skills - Coaching and Feedback skills - Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint - Content Development skills It is preferred but not mandatory to have Instructional Design Skills for this role. Please note that the required schedule availability for this position is Monday-Friday (2:00 pm/6:00 pm to 12:00 am/3:00 am IST), and the shift timings are non-negotiable. There may be a need to work on weekends based on business requirements.,
