Training Manager/supervisor

Job Title: Training Candidate – Security Services

Reporting To: GM OPERATIONS

Job Purpose:

To undergo structured training in all aspects of security operations and prepare for deployment as a professional security guard/supervisor at client locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Training Participation:
• Attend and actively participate in all scheduled training sessions.
• Learn and understand security protocols, SOPs, emergency response, and reporting procedures.
• Practice drills related to fire safety, crowd control, access control, and emergency evacuation.
• Skill Development:
• Acquire knowledge of site-specific duties.
• Improve soft skills like communication, discipline, and teamwork.
• Understand usage of basic security equipment (CCTV, fire extinguishers, hand-held metal detectors, etc.)
• Physical Fitness & Grooming:
• Maintain physical fitness as per industry standards.
• Adhere to company grooming and uniform code during training.
• Assessment & Evaluation:
• Appear for periodic assessments and tests.
• Successfully complete the training program and get certified for field deployment.
• Compliance:
• Follow all instructions from trainers and supervisors.
• Abide by organizational rules, code of conduct, and safety regulations.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 10th Pass (Higher Secondary preferred)
• Age: 18 – 35 years
• Physically fit and mentally alert
• No criminal record
• Basic communication skills in Hindi/English/local language

Preferred Attributes:

• Prior experience in security (if any)
• Ex-servicemen / NCC candidates given preference
• Discipline, punctuality, and willingness to learn

Training Duration:

2 to 4 weeks (depending on role – Guard or Supervisor)

Post-Training Opportunities:

• Deployment at premium client sites
• Growth path to Supervisor, Field Officer, or Trainer roles

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
