Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Training Expansion Manager located in Chennai. The Training Expansion Manager will be responsible for conducting market research, analyzing training needs, and developing strategies to expand PGI's training programs. The role involves managing a team, coordinating with sales departments, and ensuring effective communication within the organization. Additionally, the manager will oversee training sessions, monitor progress, and ensure goals are achieved.
