✅ 3+ years in a managerial training/development role

✅ Experience managing teams of 30+ people across diverse functions

✅ Ability to lead with empathy, clarity, and consistency

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

🧩 Onboard new hires with clarity and care

📝 Create, update & maintain role-specific SOPs

📞 Conduct daily check-ins with new team members

📚 Lead regular cross-departmental training sessions to drive growth, alignment, and standardization
