Job Summary

The Training Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing training programs for new hires and existing employees at NoBrokerHood. This role ensures smooth onboarding, effective training delivery, and accurate tracking of training progress in collaboration with trainers, HR, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate end-to-end training programs for new joiners and lateral hires.

Prepare and share training schedules, batch plans, and training calendars.

Coordinate with internal trainers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders.

Ensure timely onboarding and day-one readiness of new employees.

Track attendance, training completion, assessments, and certifications.

Maintain training MIS, reports, and dashboards on a daily/weekly basis.

Collect and analyze training feedback to improve program effectiveness.

Arrange training logistics including meeting rooms, systems access, LMS access, and training materials.

Ensure candidates are floor-ready as per business timelines.

Support refresher training, product updates, and skill enhancement sessions.

Maintain accurate training documentation and records.

Act as a point of contact between HR, trainers, and operations teams.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong coordination and organizational skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and presentation tools.

Experience in MIS reporting and data tracking.

Ability to manage multiple training batches simultaneously.

Good stakeholder management and follow-up skills.

  • Basic understanding of training methodologies and onboarding processes.
