Training Coordinator/ Training officer

As a Training Operations Executive at TeamLease EdTech, your primary responsibility will be to manage the end-to-end execution of training programs. This includes ensuring seamless coordination, resource management, and operational efficiency to deliver high-quality training experiences. Your role will require strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, schedule, and execute training sessions (virtual/in-person). - Coordinate with trainers, facilitators, and guest speakers to ensure availability and readiness. - Manage and update training content on the Learning Management System (LMS). - Act as the primary point of contact for trainers, participants, and business units. - Arrange training materials, manuals, and handouts as needed. - Maintain training records, attendance sheets, and participant databases. - Ensure training programs comply with company policies and industry standards. - Suggest enhancements to training operations and processes. Qualifications & Skills: Required: - Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, Education, or a related field. - 2+ years of experience in training operations, learning & development, or event coordination. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,
