Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Training Content Writer. The Training Content Writer will be responsible for developing and managing training content designed to train employees effectively. The role involves creating web content, formulating content strategies, and managing the lifecycle of training materials. Daily tasks include researching training topics, writing clear and engaging content, and regularly updating content to ensure it is current and relevant.

Qualifications

• Web Content Writing and Content Management skills
• Experience in developing content strategies and Writing
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Bachelor&aposs degree in English, Communications, Education, or related field
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
