Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lucknow for a Training Assistant. The Training Assistant will be responsible for assisting with the development and delivery of training programs. Daily tasks include coordinating training schedules, maintaining training materials, and providing assistance to trainees. The role also involves handling customer service inquiries related to training programs and ensuring seamless organization of training sessions.

Qualifications

• Skills in Training & Development and Training
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills and knowledge of MS Office.
• Strong Organization Skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, or related field preferred
• Previous experience in a training role is a plus
