Trainer-Wealth Management/Taxation/Clearance

Role Overview: You will be responsible for delivering structured training programs on Wealth Management, Taxation, and Settlement & Clearance processes at our Gurugram location. Your strong domain knowledge and excellent communication skills will be key in ensuring the effectiveness of the training sessions. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and deliver training modules on Wealth Management, Taxation, and Settlement & Clearance processes. - Assess training needs and customize programs to meet the specific requirements of the participants. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and make necessary adjustments to ensure learning objectives are met. - Provide feedback and support to participants to enhance their understanding and application of concepts. - Collaborate with the team to continuously improve training materials and delivery methods. Qualifications Required: - Strong domain knowledge in Wealth Management, Taxation, and Settlement & Clearance processes. - Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts to participants. - Prior experience in delivering structured training programs within BFSI or related financial operations would be advantageous.
