Trainer

We are looking for a passionate and confident Trainer to conduct sessions for our Amazon Selling Course. The trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging and easy-to-understand sessions, guiding learners through the course content, and ensuring they gain practical knowledge about selling on Amazon.
(Training content and materials will be provided by the company.)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver classroom and online sessions based on the provided training materials.
• Explain course concepts clearly and effectively to students from various backgrounds.
• Ensure interactive and engaging learning experiences during sessions.
• Monitor learner progress and provide individual support where needed.
• Conduct assessments, reviews, and feedback sessions.
• Coordinate with the internal team for scheduling and training-related updates.
• Maintain proper records of attendance and learner performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in teaching, training, or mentoring (any domain).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Good command of English and Malayalam.
• Confident public speaking and classroom management abilities.
• Interest in learning and delivering topics related to e-commerce and Amazon selling.
• Basic computer literacy and comfort using online teaching tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Experience in conducting job-oriented or skill development training programs.
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and enthusiasm for teaching.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
