Trainer - Soft Skills & Excel

As an Office Executive & Account Executive Trainer at Lighthouse Communities Foundation in Pune, you will be responsible for delivering employability training programs at our centers. Your role will involve designing and updating curriculum frameworks, tracking student attendance and engagement, providing one-on-one support, mentoring, and career guidance to students. Additionally, you will conduct Tally-based training sessions and assist with administrative tasks related to the program. To excel in this role, you should be a Graduate/Postgraduate/MBA with at least 1 year of teaching/training experience. You must have a strong command of MS Excel, including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and other functions, as well as familiarity with Tally and accounting tools. Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and the local language are essential, along with the ability to coach youth in soft skills and personality development.
