Trainer - Sales

As a Trainer, your role is crucial in ensuring that every telecaller is well-equipped with the necessary knowledge, skills, and confidence to effectively pitch real estate projects and secure appointments. By reducing ramp-up time, improving quality, and boosting team productivity, you play a central role in the success of the team.
