Job Description

As a Trainer, your role is crucial in ensuring that every telecaller is well-equipped with the necessary knowledge, skills, and confidence to effectively pitch real estate projects and secure appointments. By reducing ramp-up time, improving quality, and boosting team productivity, you play a central role in the success of the team. Key Responsibilities: - Design and deliver structured onboarding programs for new telecallers. - Train telecallers on communication skills, sales techniques, product knowledge, and CRM usage. - Develop refresher programs to address gaps identified by Quality Analysts. - Utilize roleplays, mock calls, and real-call analysis to make training practical and interactive. - Keep training material updated with new scripts, offers, and project details. - Assess training effectiveness through tests, call monitoring, and performance reviews. - Collaborate closely with managers to align training initiatives with business goals. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 4 years of experience in telesales/call center training. - Proficiency in very fluent English.
