Experience: 2+ Years in Medical Coding or Training

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Medical Coding Trainer to deliver structured, industry-oriented training for freshers and career-switchers. The trainer will be responsible for teaching core medical coding concepts with a strong focus on practical application and job readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver training on ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS
• Explain medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology relevant to coding
• Conduct case-based and scenario-driven coding sessions
• Assign and evaluate practice exercises and assessments
• Clarify coding guidelines and compliance requirements
• Support students with doubt-clearing and exam-oriented preparation
• Maintain training documentation and session plans

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience in medical coding (OP/IP)
• Strong knowledge of coding guidelines and modifiers
• Certification preferred (AAPC / AHIMA)
• Prior training or mentoring experience is an advantage
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to explain concepts clearly to freshers

Preferred Background:

• Experience in hospital coding, AR, or auditing
• Exposure to real-time charts and medical records
• Familiarity with training fresh graduates
