We are hiring a passionate and experienced NHIP/Product Trainer to join our training team for a leading Telecom client. This is an off-roll position designed for professionals who are enthusiastic about facilitating New Hire Induction Programs and product trainings in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Key Responsibilities: Conduct New Hire Induction Programs (NHIP) for frontline and retail staff. Deliver effective product and process training for telecom products, devices, services, and customer handling protocols. Design and deliver engaging training content, sessions, and assessments to ensure product knowledge and process readiness. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand training needs and tailor sessions accordingly. Track training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics. Maintain training reports, attendance, and feedback documentation as per client requirements. Support on-the-job training , refresher programs, and floor support as needed. Desired Candidate Profile: Minimum 5 years of total work experience , with at least 3 years in training delivery . Domain exposure in Telecom, Handset, Retail, or BFSI sectors is advantage. . Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of adult learning principles and learner engagement techniques. Proficient in MS Office tools (PPT, Excel, Word). Self-driven with the ability to manage training schedules independently.
