About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and engaging Power BI & Advanced Excel Trainer to conduct interactive, practical workshops for MBA students. The trainer will be responsible for delivering hands-on learning sessions that equip management students with data analysis, visualization, and reporting skills required in today’s corporate world.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct workshops in MBA institutes on Power BI and Advanced Excel.
• Design and deliver practical, case-study-driven sessions aligned with industry applications.
• Teach concepts such as:
• Advanced Excel: Pivot tables, advanced formulas, dashboards, data cleaning, automation
• Power BI: Data import, data modeling, DAX, visualizations, dashboards, publishing & business use cases.
• Ensure workshops are interactive and skill-based rather than purely theoretical.
• Customize content as per institute requirements and MBA specialization (Finance, Marketing, HR, Operations).
• Assess participants’ progress and provide feedback and real-world insights.
• Stay updated with the latest versions of Excel, Power BI, and industry trends.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Management, Data Analytics, Finance, IT, or related fields.
• Proven experience in training or corporate workshops on Power BI & Advanced Excel.
• Strong knowledge of data visualization, dashboarding, and analytical problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage MBA students.
• Ability to design case studies, role plays, and real-life business problem-solving exercises.
• Prior experience in MBA institutes or corporate training will be an added advantage.
