Trainer (Power BI & Excel)

Role Overview: You are a highly skilled and engaging Freelance Trainer specializing in Power BI & Advanced Excel. Your main responsibility will be to conduct interactive and practical workshops for MBA students, equipping them with essential data analysis, visualization, and reporting skills required in today's corporate world. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct workshops in MBA institutes on Power BI and Advanced Excel. - Design and deliver case-study-driven sessions aligned with industry applications. - Teach concepts such as advanced Excel functionalities like pivot tables, advanced formulas, dashboards, data cleaning, and automation, as well as Power BI skills including data import, data modeling, DAX, visualizations, dashboards, publishing, and business use cases. - Ensure workshops are interactive and skill-based, focusing on practical applications rather than theoretical concepts. - Customize content based on institute requirements and MBA specialization (Finance, Marketing, HR, Operations). - Assess participants" progress, provide feedback, and real-world insights. - Stay updated with the latest versions of Excel, Power BI, and industry trends. Qualifications & Skills: - Graduation/Post-graduation in Management, Data Analytics, Finance, IT, or related fields. - Proven experience in conducting training sessions or corporate workshops on Power BI & Advanced Excel. - Strong knowledge of data visualization, dashboarding, and analytical problem-solving. - Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with MBA students effectively. - Ability to design case studies, role plays, and real-life business problem-solving exercises. - Prior experience in MBA institutes or corporate training will be an added advantage.
