Trainer

As a Python and Django Trainer, your main responsibilities will include conducting classroom and/or online training sessions on Python and the Django framework. You will be required to prepare and update training materials, assignments, and real-time project case studies. Additionally, you will need to design and deliver customized training based on industry needs and student backgrounds. It will be important for you to provide hands-on coding demonstrations and assist students in writing clean and efficient code. Furthermore, guiding students on best practices in coding, debugging, and deploying Django applications will be a key part of your role. You will also be responsible for assessing student progress through quizzes, coding tasks, and project evaluations. To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Candidates must be residents of Kolkata (Nearby Dunlop) to be considered for this position. Proficiency in Python programming and the Django web framework is essential. Experience working on live Django projects, including REST APIs, ORM, MVC, templates, etc., is required. A good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQLite is also necessary. Strong communication and presentation skills are crucial for effectively delivering training sessions. While prior experience as a trainer or educator is preferred, it is not mandatory. Please note that you will be required to take offline classes at Dunlop as part of this role.,
