Trainer (L&D)

we are hiring sales trainer for thrissur location.

Job description:

* Design and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of Admissions Advisors and Academic Coordinators.

* Create training materials, presentations, and resources that cover sales techniques, product knowledge, objection handling, and customer relationship management.

* Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions for new hires as well as ongoing training for existing staff.

* Utilize various instructional techniques and formats (e.g., role-playing, workshops, multimedia presentations) to maximize learning and retention.

* Assess the skills and competencies of sales staff and identify areas for improvement.

* Provide personalized coaching and feedback to individuals and teams to enhance their sales performance.

* Develop metrics and benchmarks to measure the effectiveness of sales training programs.

* Track the performance of trainees and provide regular progress reports to management.

* Keep abreast of developments in sales techniques, educational trends, and competitor offerings.

* Incorporate industry best practices into training programs to ensure relevance and effectiveness.

* Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align training initiatives with organizational goals and strategies.

* Support the development of sales collateral and promotional materials as needed.

Requirements:

• Must have 5 Years of experience in sales.
• Edutech sales experience is a plus.
• Must have MBA
