Trainer - L3

Role Overview: As a trainer at Wipro Limited, your primary responsibility is to develop competency and skill sets in individuals to effectively and efficiently perform in the workplace. You will be expected to communicate training expectations to the trainees in a simple and professional manner. Key Responsibilities: - Participate in KA and KT related activities in the account, collaborating with clients and stakeholders to ensure documentation and transfer of processes knowledge to the operations team. - Deliver Generic Domain Specific Modules and provide upskilling resources on processes. - Structure Onboarding Training requirements including Pre-Process and Customer Visits. - Ensure new employees follow the defined learning path for their roles. - Conduct pre-process and process training for new employees. - Support new hires during On-the-Job Training (OJT) and GO-live phases. - Provide refresher and remedial training for existing employees. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. - Maintain trainee data and information, generating training reports periodically. - Assist with administrative tasks such as trainee roster and scheduling. - Create or customize training content for delivery. - Offer feedback and coaching to analysts on the floor to improve performance. - Analyze training needs for employees within the account. - Manage account-level training metrics. - Adhere to training standardization guidelines set by the BU Training Function. - Collaborate with operations to bridge gaps during training.
