As an Agile Coach, you will be instrumental in cultivating a culture of continuous improvement and fostering an agile mindset throughout the organization. Your primary role will involve collaborating closely with teams and leadership to implement and enhance agile practices, eliminate obstacles, and promote the adoption of agile values. Your guidance as a change advocate will be pivotal in mentoring and steering teams towards achieving heightened performance levels and delivering exceptional value to our clientele. Your key responsibilities will include coaching and mentoring teams and individuals on various agile principles, practices, and methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe. You will be facilitating agile ceremonies like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure their efficacy. Additionally, you will assist teams in identifying and eliminating impediments to promote a collaborative and self-organizing environment. Guiding teams in refining their agile processes to suit their unique context, scaling agile practices across multiple teams and departments, and collaborating with leadership to advocate agile values and drive organizational transformation will be part of your core duties. Conducting agile training sessions and workshops to enhance the understanding of agile concepts at both team and organizational levels, assessing team maturity levels, and pinpointing areas for enhancement are crucial aspects of your role. Staying abreast of the latest agile trends and best practices, contributing to the evolution of the agile framework, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization will be essential for your success. For this position, you are required to have a minimum of 8 years of experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or in a similar role. Possession of certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and SAFe Agilist (SA) or their equivalents is mandatory. A profound comprehension of agile principles, practices, and methodologies along with a demonstrated ability to coach and mentor teams and individuals of varying experience levels is essential. Your facilitation and communication skills must be exceptional, coupled with strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. Experience in scaling agile practices across multiple teams and departments, influencing organizational change, and familiarity with agile tools like Jira and Confluence will be advantageous. Prior experience in the BFSI sector is preferred for this role.,
