Job Description

Conduct classroom and practical sessions on:
Basics of solar energy and photovoltaic (PV) systems
Solar panel installation, wiring, and configuration
Inverters, charge controllers, and battery systems
Electrical safety and best practices in solar installations
Troubleshooting and maintenance of solar PV systems
Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and assessments.
Demonstrate installation techniques using tools, equipment, and mock-up systems.
Monitor trainees’ performance and guide them through real-world solar scenarios.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and training guidelines.
Provide feedback and support to help students build confidence and job readiness.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
