Job Description

Trainer (Customer Relationship Executive – BPO, Retail, Banking & Finance)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct engaging classroom and practical training sessions for students on Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) modules related to BPO, Retail, Banking, and Financial Services.
  • Train students on communication skills, customer service etiquette, sales techniques, and client relationship management.
  • Deliver sessions on product knowledge, call handling, CRM tools, complaint resolution, and workplace behavior.
  • Prepare trainees for interviews and workplace readiness through mock interviews, group discussions, and role plays.
  • Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and evaluation tools aligned with NSQF / SSC guidelines.
  • Track and record trainee progress, attendance, performance, and assessment results.
  • Placements : job placement activities by identifying suitable job roles, conducting pre-placement sessions, and ensuring candidate readiness.
  • Post-Placement Tracking by maintaining follow-ups with placed candidates and employers to ensure retention and gather feedback.
  • Maintain training and placement documentation, and share regular updates with project coordinators and management.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, training hours, and project timelines

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate / Post Graduate in Management, Commerce, or any related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in BPO, Retail, Banking, or Customer Service industry.
  • Prior training or teaching experience preferred.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Sound understanding of customer relationship management and service delivery.
  • Ability to motivate and engage youth trainees.
  • Proficiency in English, Hindi, and basic computer applications.

Preferred:

  • Certification in soft skills, retail, or BFSI training (NSDC/SSC certified preferred).
  • Familiarity with digital learning tools and interactive training methods.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
