Trainee/Assembler

Role Overview: As an Assembler, your main responsibility will be to assemble medical devices to specification and ensure that all work is properly documented for quality control purposes. You will be tasked with ensuring that the medical devices meet the required quality standards by correctly installing components and identifying any defective parts. Additionally, you will need to maintain a clean and organized work area to uphold efficiency and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: - Assemble Mechanical and PCB Components: Put together mechanical parts and systems according to blueprints and technical instructions. - Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues that may arise during the assembly process. - Maintenance: Regularly maintain and clean tools and work areas to ensure optimal working conditions. - Documentation: Accurately complete job cards, material requisitions, and work orders to track progress and maintain records. - Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to facilitate smooth production processes. - Packing: Carefully pack glucometers and accessories into designated packaging materials. - Labelling: Accurately label packages with the correct information, including product details and shipping addresses. Qualifications Required: - ITI/Diploma in electronics and mechanical. - Logical thinking with creative problem-solving ability. - Excellent written and verbal technical communication skills. - Detail-oriented, highly motivated, patient, and diligent. - Ability to work well both in teams and independently. - Knowledge of good manufacturing practices.,
